Aerial Silks is an apparatus used for dance, circus, theater, fitness, and more. Aerial Silks is a challenging gymnastic workout that builds forearm, bicep, back, abdominal, and leg strength. It also increases endurance, cardio strength, and flexibility. The aerial silks courses are designed for those who want to explore new ways of staying fit.

A session includes one day of class per week, for 4 weeks.
