• No classes will be held May 26-June 1, 2013

  The gym will be closed for the Memorial Holiday week. Please note that there will be NO open gyms on Friday, May 25th. Classes will resume June 3rd.

• Summer dance classes are being offered at DTG!

  We are planning to offer ballet, jazz, lyrical, combo, and West African dance classes, starting the June 2013 session. If you or your child is interested, please fill out our online survey, so we can determine interest level, and class times. Thank you!

• Price increase coming in August, 2013

• Congratulations to our Spring Champions!

  Our Desert Thunder Compulsory and Xcel teams are triumphantly back from the 2013 Spring Championship and Xcel State Meet, held in Chandler, Az on April 6th and 7th. 525 gymnasts from 28 Arizona gymnastics clubs competed in this last meet of the 2013 season!

  All of our gymnasts made improvements towards their goals while competing in this meet, and posted some amazing scores during their events. Among the highlights are: Brigid Ledger, level 4 junior, scoring 9.525 on beam, securing her 1st place position on the event. Also scoring first place in their events are: Katja White, with an impressive 9.2 on bars in the level 6 senior division, and Katherine Lavalle, earning an amazing 9.6 on vault, also in the level 6 senior division.

  Congratulations to all of the gymnasts for their efforts and dedication this season! Great job, girls!
