cheer and tumbling classes

Cheer class

Stunt Training. This 45 minute class is focused on training stunting for cheer. The skills taught are based upon the students knowledge and will progress from there. The many stunts taught will range from basic prep level stunts, cradles and tosses to the more advanced co-ed and partner stunt skills. This class is highly recommended for girls who are interested in recreational, school or all-star cheerleading. Quality stunt abilities take time to progress, not unlike tumbling. The longer the student trains in stunting, the greater abilities they will have, which will give them an advantage when trying out for all-star, high school and college cheer.

45 minute, once a week.
